Loan Zone for PPC 2002 - The DreameeSoft Loan Zone (Loan Manager Software) helps you to track all the loans you have taken. You can create a complete set of records for the loan you have acquired or about to acquire along with the detailed amortization table generation. Each generated loan details and amortization table can be password protected individually and can be governed by a Master Password.

Loan Summary View
Loan Summary View depicts the summary of all your loans and payment schedules displaying interest, principal, balance, with a month descriptive and also provides history of your acquired loan. The Paid Due, Over Dueand the Next Due are differentiated using various colours to keep you informed about the monthly payments.
 
Amortization
While creating a Loan Record just enter the Total Amount, Down Payment, Rate of Interest and Period, the Loan Zone will generate amortization table seamlessly, also calculates the periodic repayment of borrowed principal and interest incurred for the given time period and interest rate you have entered. Amortization includes total terms (summary) and individual yearpayment data.
Password Protection
Who would want to share their monetary records with others or save the details in an unsecured place? With Password Protection feature you can secure all confidential loan information for each loan giving each of them a unique password.
 
Master Password
The Password Protection also features creating one Master Password for your password protected data with which you can retrieve the Passwords for each loan just in case you have forgot them.
Export to Excel
Loan Zone software can be very handy with the Export to Excel feature by which all the details of the Amortization table (like paid/unpaid dues, interest, principal, total balance) are exported in Excel Format with up-to-date details.
Numeric Keypad

With the Loan Backup option it is now easy for you to back up all the Paid Dues in a file and remove them from the main database which will help you to free up unwanted memory and work smartly with your Loan Zone while organizing your loans.
Backup / Restore
All the Loan Records can be backed up in a file which can be later used for a restore operation. It is good to take backup of your loan data and save it in your Desktop PC as you can use the records to restore the details in case of an accidental data loss or PDA Crash.
Alarm Reminder
In the Amortization View, you can set an Alarm Reminder for each monthly due of the Loan. The Alarm Reminder reminds you on the set date about the payments and hence keeps you free from overdue charges and other worries.
