Exercise Assistant is a Comprehensive Fitness Management Software for Pocket PC and Desktop PC. It contains various modules to track every aspects related to fitness. All the data in "Exercise Assistant" can be moved to Desktop Companion and can be copied back to PDA by "Backup & Restore" option. This helps in restoring all the details even if the Pocket PC is hard reset.
