Pocket Heat - Turn your mobile device into a portable heater with an app that is safer than a space heater and much more portable! This app creates a quick blast of heat wherever you need it; waiting for a train, a chilly restaurant, or a cold apartment. Fire up this app to stay toasty warm!
This is a half-gimmick/ half-real app. It does heat up your device but is not an actual space heater. Don't take it too seriously - we just think it's a fun app.
The only use of location services is to keep the GPS running. No information is collected whatsoever. First generation iPhone don't have GPS and therefore do not heat up as much. Some devices get hotter than others.
