Add a Rank-system of campaign points, more advanced rank you built, more troops you could command on a battle.

· Increasing the role of officers on a battle greatly by modify the attack's formula. Rookies could own a military academy, a general staff and a headquarters and a four-stars Officer when they login game the first time.
· Fixed some bugs.
