Xax PRO is based on the popular Ataxx game and pits up to four players in a fight for dominance of the game board.
You select your game piece and move to an empty spot one field away to create a new piece there. Alternative, you can 'jump' to a new spot that is two fields away but that removes your original piece. After every move, you convert any enemy pieces that surround your destination to your side. But watch out, the enemy can do the same! The player with the most pieces on the board when the board is filled up wins.
Several rules of the game are customizable, such as the size of the board or the number of players. You can change the difficulty and also decide whether you want rocks that block some fields, whether they should be symmetric and whether you want a lot or only few of them. Lastly, you can decide whether to play against the computer or your friends on the same device. The 'Themes' section lets you select an alternative theme to keep things interesting.
