The Slingbox Classic, AV, and TUNER are not supported for use with SlingPlayer Mobile on the iPhone and iPod touch, although they may stream with some configurations.

· Adds the all new 'Auto' streaming mode. This mode brings HQ-like quality with lower bandwidth requirements.
· Higher resolution video is now available in Auto mode and HQ mode.
· Bandwidth requirements for HQ mode have not changed.

What's New in 2.0:
· IMPORTANT: If you have a Slingbox SOLO or a Slingbox PRO-HD, after installing this update, you can’t connect to your Slingbox until you upgrade your Slingbox Software to the latest version (2.1.80 for PRO-HD and 2.1.110 for SOLO). You can do that by going to Setup on Slingbox.com (setup.slingbox.com) on a desktop or laptop computer.
· Adds High Quality (HQ) streaming. To stream in High Quality (HQ) mode outside your home, you need at least 800 kbps of bandwidth from your Slingbox to your iPhone when using a Wi-Fi connection, and at least 500 kbps with a 3G connection. To see available bandwidth within SlingPlayer Mobile for iPhone, tap the SQ button, then the Options button. The current bandwidth displays in the lower left corner. You can test your home upload speed by using a web site such as speedtest.net on your home computer; test download speed at your current location by using the free Speedtest iPhone app. The total bandwidth available to SlingPlayer Mobile for iPhone is limited to whichever is smaller: the upload speed, or the current download speed. If you don't have enough bandwidth for HQ mode, you can improve your viewing experience by pressing the SQ button to stream in Standard Quality.
· Users with the Slingbox Classic, Tuner, AV, and PRO can stream with this update, but they can’t use the High Quality (HQ) video mode. Users with these Slingbox models can also continue to use SlingPlayer Mobile for iPhone in Compatibility mode on the iPad.
