iPic-4U-Roulette - Welcome to I-Pic-4U Roulette. This is not an online roulette game. It is a roulette betting guide. For every number landed on the wheel, there is a particular bet the Pro Roulette player makes. Those bets are here in your hand. “For entertainment purposes only, of course”. We would never suggest taking this into the casino, even though it is acceptable and profitable if you follow a few rules. “38 numbers 38 bets!” You can test this for “entertainment purposes only” on online roulette tables or by scouting the roulette towers “the lit up tower showing the most previous numbers hit” in the casinos.
