ContactingEmail is an email sending app with quick contact picker. Tap 'Select Contact' button in the upper right corner to select a contact from your Pocket OutLook contacts and enter the text for the email. When you tap the 'Send Email' button the application will send the email. If you are offline then the program places the email in your Outbox.
