E-Mail follow-up reminders are presented with full contact information and summary of e-mail. Phone call follow-up reminders are presented with a call-back number and any available caller-id information. Everything you need to follow up is right in front of you.

Quick-reply convenience.

Reply to e-mail and return phone calls directly from the reminder. No need to remember e-mail addresses or phone numbers. When replying to an e-mail reminder, the e-mail will be automatically pre-populated with related information. (Feature not available on some older device models.)
