mChat is a ICQ/Jabber/Mail.ru Agent client with Cyrillic language support.
mChat store chat history and many other cool options like changing the chat icons, supports VGA devices, HTTP/Socks5 proxy connections, contacts in 2 column, additional status messages, change password options etc.
