Full description: The application "OP1" is an extension of the Swedish Serenade ERP-system. "OP1" is an order management tool aimed at personnel working with field services. Although the program is available in English and Swedish, some parts of the user interface utilizes templates from the underlying ERP-system. These templates are not automatically translated but rather dependent on the language of the ERP-system, predominately Swedish. The application is only useful to those running the Serenade ERP-system as a back office application.

Fullstandig beskrivning: Applikationen "OP1" ar en forlangning av det svenska ERP-systemet Serenad. "OP1" ar ett orderhanteringsverktyg riktat mot faltarbetande personal. Trots att programmet ar tillgangligt pa engelska och svenska sa utnyttjar vissa delar av anvandargranssnittet forberedda vyer fran det underliggande ERP-systemet. Dessa vyer ar inte automatiskt oversatta utan beror pa spraket i ERP-systemet vilket i majoriteten av fallen ar svenska. Applikationen ar bara anvandbar for de som anvander Serenad som administrativt program.
