Some of PocketMiles’''''' features allow the user to: -Record the Dates, Destination, Customer, Event, and (if applicable) vehicle mileage for each trip -Record most standard expense types (Breakfast/Lunch/Supper, Hotel, Airfare, Fuel), plus several customizable fields for other expenses; For international travel, apply different currencies to different expenses for each day -Record Name, Confirmation Number, and Phone numbers for Hotels/Airlines/Car Rental Agencies -Record the Payment Type (Cash, Check, Personal/Corporate Credit Card) and a Project Number for each expense -Utilize multiple Language support for English or Spanish - user selectable -Create an individual trip detail report file in Microsoft Excel (CSV) format for quick viewing and printing in Excel; or to HTML format for viewing in a Web browser -Quickly transfer all trip information to PocketMiles Center by either file transfer (using Microsoft ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center) or by email, via any Outlook/POP3/IMAP account
