PictureBitmaperer allows you to select a JPEG image on your PocketPC or folder and batch converts the JPEGs to a 24-bit bitmap. Select the folder where you have your JPEG images and tap on the JPEG file to convert it to a bitmap. The new bitmap file is written to the storage folder. The JPEG libraries are from Independent JPEG Group
